PTrend helps you find and contact independent physical therapists. We do not provide medical care, we do not employ the therapists listed here, and they are not our agents. Any care you receive is provided by that therapist under their own licence and their own professional judgement. PTrend is not responsible for the care they provide, for the outcome of it, or for any agreement you make with them.

The exercise library, profile content, and anything sent through messaging are general information only. They are not a diagnosis, not a treatment plan, and not a substitute for assessment by a licensed provider who knows your history. Always talk to a qualified provider before starting or changing anything to do with your health.

A Verified badge means a person at PTrend checked that the licence number a therapist provided appears on the relevant state board. It is a check of licensure at a point in time. It is not an endorsement, not a guarantee of quality, competence or outcome, and not a confirmation that their licence is currently in good standing. You should do your own due diligence before starting care.

PTrend is not for emergencies and messages are not monitored. If your situation is urgent or life-threatening, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.

Reviews are written by patients who connected with that therapist through PTrend. They are personal opinions, not verified statements of fact, and PTrend does not endorse them. Reviews cannot be edited or deleted once posted. If you believe a review is false or abusive, contact us.

A mobile number is required to create an account, so PTrend can reach you about your account and bookings. Giving us your number is not agreement to receive texts. Texts from PTrend are optional and chosen separately, and agreeing to them is never a condition of using PTrend or of booking with a therapist. You opt in by ticking a box that is unticked by default, at signup or later in Phone & texts. There are two, and they are separate: “Text me about my PTrend account and visits at this number. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See Terms and Privacy.” “Text me after a visit to ask how it went and invite a review.” Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. We do not send clinical information by text. Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts, or HELP for help. You can also use Turn off all texts in Phone & texts. We honour opt-outs on the phone number itself, so if a number is shared, stopping texts stops them for that number. PTrend is operated by Cruz Health Holdings LLC. Payment for care is arranged directly between you and your therapist. PTrend does not process payment for sessions and is not party to that arrangement.

Anything you write in a booking request or message is shared with the therapist you sent it to. Be thoughtful about how much health detail you include before you have chosen a provider you trust.
